Terms of Use

This document governs the use of HCCS digital platforms and physical carriage services. By initiating a shipment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Carriage and Service Execution

HCCS operates under the Carriers Act, 1865. We retain the right to inspect or refuse any cargo deemed unsafe or improperly packaged.

2. Pricing and Weight Calculation

Charges are levied on either Actual Physical Weight or Volumetric Weight (L × W × H / 5000), whichever is greater.

3. Liability and Insurance Claims

Unless transit insurance is purchased, liability is capped at the standard carriage limit per kilogram. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

4. Prohibited Commodities

Attempting to transport restricted items results in immediate confiscation, account termination, and reporting to Indian law enforcement.

5. Governing Law

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
