HCCS will NEVER ask for your UPI PIN, ATM PIN, or bank passwords to process a delivery.
1. Phishing & SMS Scams
HCCS does not collect delivery fees via random SMS links . Any outstanding charges are paid directly to authorized delivery personnel only .
2. Fake Customer Care Numbers
Never install remote-access apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer for anyone claiming to be HCCS support .
3. Verify Official Communications
Official tracking only directs you to hindustancourier.com or softctl.com/Alltracking/Hindustann .
4. Report Suspicious Activity
Report to security@hindustancourier.com and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal .
